Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing, plus an additional 1-3 business days for first class / priority shipping or 3-5 business days for standard shipping.

For all custom or personalized orders, submit a special note or email us to get started! Although you will receive a response to your email within 24-48 hours, processing times may take up to 4-6 weeks for your order.

Return & Refund Policy

At this time we do not provide returns, refunds, and exchanges. All sales are final. We are not liable for any lost or stolen orders. Please double check all shipping addresses to ensure that it is correct, safe and a deliverable address at checkout. We are unable to change any shipping addresses once the order payment has processed. In the case that your order is lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier for more information. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an order number and image of the damaged item for a replacement.
